Went in for some repairs, to the engine and ac unit, came out with the engine repaired but ac quit working 10mins after leaving, and at the same time on the interstate found out my cruise control no longer working, considering it was in good working order upon delivery I was quite upset after almost a 4k bill. They said they would correct the matter. I'll be sure to leave a full assessment after my next visit. I live 2.5hrs away.

This appointment was just to have an extra key made, as only one was delivered with the car. The key had to be ordered, which took a couple weeks or so, and then needed an appt for the key to be programmed. The work itself was done in a timely manner, and the new key worked first time, every time. Was shocked, tho, to discover a key would cost close to $500. Ridiculous.

I have been with this dealership for 10 years. The service department is one of the best things about owning a Volkswagen. Professional, honest and quick they really work to make service a pleasant experience. Despite infrequently needing service they make the experience personal. It is a nice touch, they are good people.

After our inspection, we found that your brake pads are in the cautionary zone, which means they are showing wear but are not yet at the point of immediate replacement. Since brake pads are considered a wear-and-tear item, they aren't covered under the factory warranty, as their lifespan can vary quite a bit depending on mileage and driving conditions. We'd love the opportunity to go over your options with you and make sure you feel confident about the next steps to keep your vehicle safe and performing its best.
