felt the dealer was misleading about pricing, advertising one, then adding more forced options, the claimed were a part of the deal, then quickly raised the price of the car in new ads as they said they had underpriced it originally. Not my style of business I am comfortable with

Had an exterior piece replaced under warranty. The individual that did the work scratched the car in a couple of tiny spots near where the repair occurred. The tech told the service advisor, who told me. The dealership repaired the vehicle at no charge, and did a great job. Even provided a loaner car. Very happy with the results!!!

I brought my BMW there after some road debris took out my car. They did a fantastic job of restoring my car to its original condition. They even paint matched my 3-stage paint quite well for a collision shop. I would recommend them for their collision center.

the first service at 5K was quite prolonged. However, This next service at 10K was awesome! The crew stepped up and took care of my vehicle. They even gave it a wash after, free of charge. It was fast, and they kept me updated on the status. Great crew.
