Wait time was longer than expected for an inspection, oil change and tire rotation. Car set for all most two hours before being moved from the service check in station and no one advised me of the possible long wait time for waiting, usually offered a Lyft but not on this visit. Other than that the staff was friendly and they fed me. Recommend front breaks but was serviced on 4/9/2025 at the same business.

I feel like I've paid for services in the past that haven't been completed. I.E I had been complaining about y engine light being on for almost two years. When I took it to another mechanic my airflow sensor was dirty. This was something that should have been taken care of in a past visit.

Car went in for service under a claim number with Chevrolet. Rich and Jonathan were very helpful in letting me know the issue with car is a design flaw and cannot be repaired. Both gentleman were very courteous and respectful and will highly recommend this dealership. I will more than likely use this dealership to service my vehicle moving forward.

After paying over $2000 on my car for new parts and being promised that my car would be covered. My gas pedal fell out and they tried to deny me service and the coverage they promised. They put a new screw in but made it clear that they will not uphold their promise.

I was a little disappointed because I only had the car for about 5 months and I already shelled out close to $500.00 for a battery. But I forgot that it is so much more expensive when you go to the dealership. My service representative Travis Wells was great and courteous and friendly but all in all I wasnt really prepared to pay that much for a battery when I just got the car. So far no problems as of yet.

Not finished: scheduled appointment specifically to have glow plugs replaced. Brought truck in early, they didnt have parts on site until early afternoon. Then said they didnt know how long it would take to do the job or what steps were necessary to get the job done. I specifically told them I could only leave the truck with them for the day. Needless to say the job didnt get done

1) Took dealership two days repair 2 flat tires. 2) I called 2x for status updates; no one called me. 3) Came to lot found keys on dash with windows down. 4) Received 1 of 2 vehicles with 14% oil life left; not changed. 5) Dealership lost my key for over an hour. 6) Cashier arrived 1.5 hours after dealership opened - had to wait to cash out. 7) This is an extremely careless dealership that is not customer oriented.

First time there, they were hella understaffed so even though I was there early for my appointment I ended up 30 minutes late. Told me that I needed to get my tires changed but told me the wrong tires so I dont know if they changed it but it was good thay I double checked.

Even though they claimed to do a maintenance inspection, they did not address the check engine light that was on. One would think that would be a priority as far as maintenance inspection. When the vehicle was picked up and the check engine light was questioned, all they said was that it was already on when the vehicle was first dropped off. Go figure!
