This shop chose to replace my flat tire with a more expensive tire that did not match the rest of the tires on the vehicle, despite a matching tire being available. Additionally, the replacement cost was incredibly expensive.

Convenient location with plenty of parking. Young lady at the desk was so kind and knowledgeable. I asked about a possible service that needed to be done and she was quick to give me an answer. Clean place, nice employees, fast service. I will return here for sure!

I was very pleased with the availability for service, the scheduler/greeter/and finisher :) and the service itself. Didn't take long while I waited and the waiting room was very cozy on a cold winter day. I appreciated the text notifications and also the list of services recommended from red to green... and not pushed to perform that day. I would definitely recommend this shop!

Good people. Worked me in without an appointment and it was very appreciated. Almost missed my pickup time, but the kind lady behind the counter waited for me to get there. I was a bit tentative when they bought out or purchased Bull, but glad to see the same dedication to the customer is part of their DNA too.

My car was having starting issues with the battery and Chapel Hill Tire - Cary location was able to accommodate me on the same day. I was kept informed on the services being done on my car and on the costs. And they provide complimentary drop and pickup services. Chris was super helpful and friendly and striking a great conversation during pickup :)
