The lady Brittney was definitely not helpful and lied to many times to count then asked the shop manager like he knows the warranty claims.. she easily could told me herself about the extended warranty but chose to say she didn't know nothing about it so dont recommend deal with her at all unless u want the run around

Kindness is never an issue, being punctual is.The appointment was at 9:45 for oil and a recall. The service was not completed till after 4 PM. The reason varied each new call attempt from lunch, staffing, new staffing etc. The work is always correct but always delayed.

Came in for some recalls and they got the job done! Had a hose break during a recall being repaired due to it being old, but they called and let me know and also fixed it. Very professional and fast. Had a few hiccups or misunderstandings but thats life. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The service team assessed my Ram 1500 Laramie for a potential Etorque/MGU issue. I provided two videos of the noise. The bad things, is they could not get the MGU/E-Torque bearing noise to be duplicated when in the shop for 2 days. It is understood that they must be the ones that witness the noise and issue to obtain Mopar approval and authorization to repair. The problem is a hard failure basically makes the truck shutdown and non-Driveable, so if it fails it must be towed to the nearest Ram dealership for service...
