Service was fine but they somehow disconnected my transfer fuel sensor for my auxiliary tank. It is located next to where they plug in the equipment to check codes. They aren't familiar with the equipment so will have to contact the mfg for troubleshooting.

Empty promises on diagnostic timeline, and after picking up the truck it had problems that were never present before this dealer worked on it. This shop seems pretty disorganized and we don't have a lot of confidence in their thoroughness since the truck was returned to us with new issues.

A few days before appointment I personally went to dealership to confirm appointment. They did not have record of my appontment. They did get me in the day after original appointment. If you schedule online, follow up a few days before appointment.
