Traci's customer service was 5 star service.
I went in for new tires, oil change, front end alignment, and new brake pads.
Traci let me know my pads were good! I realized right before we finished up with my ticket that I needed windshield wipers, they installed those too!

my 16 year old daughter went in for an oil change that should've been $39.99 and instead she was charged $68 and I feel like that was just a very convenient mistake being that she is a teenager and doesn't really know any better but she did specifically ask for the 5000 mile oil change

I went in for my routine oil change and tire rotation.
It was done in a timely manner.
My only complaint is the underside of my truck was not wiped clean from the oil change. When I got home and parked under my carport. The next time I left I had an oil puddle on my carport where the oil had dripped off the engine from not being wiped off.
So now I have a nice oil stain on my concrete.

Brought my truck in for the oil change and tire rotation. I knew I had low air in my rear right tire. when I got home I noticed that the right front tire was low on air. So I know they did the rotation but did not check air pressure in the tires. All in can do is hope the oil change was complete.
