This dealer scamming people, paying for the premium service and they don't even complete what is covered for that services. Two times now they did not rotate my tires when it's was clearly part of the service and I know for a fact cause one wheel has a slow leak and that wheel did not move. My mom walked in there for an oil change and for them to take care of a recall and my mom walked out of there paying almost $1000 because "she needed a new oil pan". Ridiculous crooks! I brought it in because the battery, which Nissan replaced a few months ago was completely drained. They examined the battery for several hours and pronounced that there was nothing wrong with the battery. I told them if the problem re-occurred, I would have them do a deep dive exam to identify the problem. I began having this problem before my warranty ran out.

Was able to make my appointment over the phone a couple days in advance. Brought my Rogue in for a 3-Stage Fuel Injection Service with $20 off coupon at 9:30am and was out by 12:30pm. Took a little bit longer but there were no issues and I got my car washed. The waiting room was clean and they had snacks which was a plus. Also Krysta was very helpful and friendly.

Great service, kept me in loop and went as expected. I wish they had better sewage lines; when I walked in, the place smelled like a toilet. It clearly was the restroom behind them having sewar issues, fix it. Get HEPA fans, how is this sanitary. Great people, hate they had to sit in poo smell.

I called after my service because the tire rotation was done however when I started driving the lights came on that 3 out of 4 tires needed air which means the tires were not checked and they allowed me to leave like that and no one bother to call me back in regards to anything.

Took vehicle in for diagnosing problem with seat belt warning light remaining on. Tony greeted me and was very professional in all aspects of our interaction. When diagnoses was completed Tony was very clear on what repairs were needed and also had some additional repairs that his team were able to identify. Overall was pleased with experience but not able to complete repairs due to cost.

They didn't do what I asked which was a engine pressure test, instead they just looked around and asked me to bring back the vehicle after 500 miles so they can charge me again. This is a scam, when Nissan ignores specific instructions, and charges you. The good news is it inspired me to find another mechanic.

Some of the problems were fixed but a sound that I can hear in the engine was not. The light engine is not blinking or on anymore but I still think there is something else with the car . The advisors try to keep me updated on whatever the mechanics find.

I was not happy with the service. The first time I took the car in for an acceleration problem the service writer tried to sell me a set of tires. After I brought it back and a $900 dollar repair was done. It failed it again. I brought it back and the service writer tried to sell me a transmission. I'm not happy with the overall experience.
