My service rep Steve is absolutely the best to work with. Everything seems seamless and my car was delivered early. It was also cleaned which I sort of gave up on during covid. It was a nice surprise. All service items were delivered as expected. Love the convenience of Century West.

My service experience was awesome. Eddie took care of me really good and the communication was spot on. He also ensured that I have the best rate and got everything I needed for my car to be all set, and all the things I asked for him he was able to fulfill very smoothly. If needed in the future I'd definitly have him as my service advisor again

The best part of my experience by far was my service advisor Tommy Mauro. He was knowledgeable, helpful, patient, courteous and kind. I appreciated all the time he took with me. He definitely went the extra mile to ensure all my questions were answered and I got my car back as soon as possible. Tommy is great.

I think it would have been okay but unfortunately we had a tire mishap. They tried to talk us into a new tire when ironically we'd bought one just weeks before so we asked if they could repair it. They said no. So, we went to an unnamed national tire shop and they said they found nothing wrong with the tire that wasn't easily fixed. So, we weren't thrilled. I get they are trying to make money but this was frustrating at best.

Really did a great job. They discovered a bunch of items in addition to the issue for which I came in which were still covered by my extended warranty that I had purchased but was expiring soon. So I simply paid my deductible and got everything replaced/repaired that was needed.

On return to the dealership discussed pricing and financing with Mark who made this a very enjoyable excelling my expectations. Drove out with a new car a couple hours later.
