Belive it or not I actually had super service, I was able to come in same day per my inquiry to replace my battery, apart from a quote a bit on the high side for the labor (resetting the BMS) etcetera, the cost for parts was with in the margins of any other BMW service, at least there's that piece of mind factor keeping it OME, you know what I'm say n.

It was horrible I came in to get a recall fixed on my car, my appointment was at 8am. I received a text around 2pm-2:30pm stating that my car was not serviced due to them not having the parts. However when making my service appointment I confirmed that they had the parts needed. This dealership is horrible they lack communication.

I have no problem with the job done. However, I was never informed about the estimated cost of the repairs. I was under impression that my repairs will be covered by insurance, but it was not. I received the final cost of the work done ONLY at the time when I was picking up the car. I could definitely have done the work more cost efficient somewhere else. I will not be back for service again.

I've been going to Century West for over 20 years even though it is not the nearest authorized BMW dealer because of the quality of service they provide and their integrity.

Took awfully long. Sat upstairs for a while I was getting my car serviced and I didn't feel a very friendly atmosphere with sales guys. I liked that I got a brand new (only had 25 miles) loaner car. Did not like that I had to book nearly 2 weeks in advance to get a loaner. Car was finished same day, which was nice. Do not like there is an extra fee if you opt to use a credit card. I used my debit, but would be nice if a credit card was the same price so I could get miles.

My service rep Steve is absolutely the best to work with. Everything seems seamless and my car was delivered early. It was also cleaned which I sort of gave up on during covid. It was a nice surprise. All service items were delivered as expected. Love the convenience of Century West.

He also ensured that I have the best rate and got everything I needed for my car to be all set, and all the things I asked for him he was able to fulfill very smoothly. I think it would have been okay but unfortunately we had a tire mishap. They tried to talk us into a new tire when ironically we'd bought one just weeks before so we asked if they could repair it. They said no. So, we went to an unnamed national tire shop and they said they found nothing wrong with the tire that wasn't easily fixed. So, we weren't thrilled. I get they are trying to make money but this was frustrating at best.

Really did a great job. They discovered a bunch of items in addition to the issue for which I came in which were still covered by my extended warranty that I had purchased but was expiring soon. So I simply paid my deductible and got everything replaced/repaired that was needed.
