The service appointment is easy to book online and there are lots of options to accommodate your schedule. The service advisors were polite and professional. A thorough video inspection was sent to me which was extremely helpful to see that a complete review of my car was done. My car was ready at the time promised. I would highly recommend Century West BMW for excellent service.

The technician was not communicative. I came in for recall fix and oil change first thing in morning came back late afternoon. The car was not done, there was no communication about other issues (for tread and brakes) and they had to keep the car over night). Bad communication, bad customer service.

Belive it or not I actually had super service, I was able to come in same day per my inquiry to replace my battery, apart from a quote a bit on the high side for the labor (resetting the BMS) etcetera, the cost for parts was with in the margins of any other BMW service, at least there's that piece of mind factor keeping it OME, you know what I'm say n.

It was horrible I came in to get a recall fixed on my car, my appointment was at 8am. I received a text around 2pm-2:30pm stating that my car was not serviced due to them not having the parts. However when making my service appointment I confirmed that they had the parts needed. This dealership is horrible they lack communication.

I have no problem with the job done. However, I was never informed about the estimated cost of the repairs. I was under impression that my repairs will be covered by insurance, but it was not. I received the final cost of the work done ONLY at the time when I was picking up the car. I could definitely have done the work more cost efficient somewhere else. I will not be back for service again.

I liked that I got a brand new (only had 25 miles) loaner car. Did not like that I had to book nearly 2 weeks in advance to get a loaner. Car was finished same day, which was nice. Do not like there is an extra fee if you opt to use a credit card. I used my debit, but would be nice if a credit card was the same price so I could get miles.
