When you pull in somebody's right there to find out what you need. Get in touch with your advisor. Things are taking care of. Service is great and when you're done, they give you a car wash and clean inside and out of the car. Never had this type of service from any other dealer.

I waited 2 hours for oil change and tire rotation - not sure if the tires were rotated since air pressure was low on all - also my window wash fluid is empty - i told service guy once driving back to work and tried to call later but everything was closed

I liked the quick response to my scheduled appearance, and that they offered me ride to wherever, while my car was being serviced. I chose to wait, and I did feel as is my scheduled maintenance at 8:00 am should not have taken 2 hours and fifteen minutes, but other than that my experience was great!

I always know what's going on because they keep you updated during your service appointments and it has also been my experience when they quote you an amount of time it might take to complete the service, they have always delivered by that time or sooner. Super friendly service team!

Great service. I opted to wait in their waiting room while my repair was being made. Comfortable accommodations and coffee. The Customer Service rep was polite and professional. Although a dashboard light came on during my ride home, I was able to get it taken care of first thing the next day.

I only requested them to check the tank door to see if they could fix it, but they ended up checking many other things and performing services I didn't even ask for. They charged me around $65 without solving the actual problem and said it would cost $1,800 to fix the tank door. This was the worst experience ever! I won't go to Century Kia again.
