The price of an oil change jumped up to $166, outrageous. It averages $65 at other oil change places. To top it off, a piece was not tightened correctly, oil leaked on my driveway, and I had to go back the next morning for them to fix it. They did fix it promptly, however, for $166, the job should've been done right the first time.

Had an appt to get serviced and was told it would take about 4 hrs. I was prepared to wait. Service guy wanted to know if I needed a ride to go get food or something to drink. Didn't know they offered it and came prepared with food & coffee. Car was done in 2 hrs!!

Scheduling an appointment the day of was surprisingly easy. Everyone I interacted with in the service department was extremely helpful and listened carefully while I explained my situation. The waiting area was comfortable enough to get some work done while I waited. Even if the outcome had not been best case scenario, I would have no complaints.

I was not notified of computer diagnostics being down and wasted a trip on appt day. Had to call several times to get rescheduled. One issue--Safety feature was never resolved. Was promised a courtesy wash for my inconvenience and it wasn't completed. Not satisfactory service in my opinion.

I purchased my car at this dealership. Even with an appointment, it takes too long for an oil change. The cost of all the services are too high. Why do the service people not suggest to look on website for service specials? Or better yet, just tell customers? I will not be returning unless my car leaves me stranded. I have to find another reputable shop.

Customer service was really good. Reviewed previous service and what was needed on today's visit. Service completed timely based on the work being performed. The only disappointment was the cost, labor was almost 3/4 of the bill.

Everyone was nice, professional and very accommodating. I went in for an oil change without an appointment and they got me in quickly. I had a question and they were able to fit me in for a check and then fixed the problem that same day.
