Most customer service representatives try to get you to spend money unnecessarily on parts that don't need replacing, whether through preventative or predictive maintenance. On several occasions, I've left feeling uneasy that they aren't performing all the necessary inspections and maintenance. I still trust the excellent quality of Toyota engines, but the staff leaves me with doubts.

I had to purchase a car while on vacation. So, I had to find a Toyota dealer and was a bit nervous. This is my first Toyota and I did not know which to choose here in Central Florida. The service needs to be cleaner: the engine area should be covered with a protective sheet to avoid leaving handprints on the car, and technicians should put plastic covers over their work boots before entering the vehicle. They entered the car wearing those dirty boots, leaving dirt on the floor mats and along the door sills.

I got 4 tires plus they told me that I neefed front brakes. Told them to do it. Also they inspected my suspension and found that I needed controllers, ball joints and left rear strut. Service advisor Juan was courtesy and professional also was the mechanic.

Very expensive. Not organized. Poor customer service. All around very poor place. After finalizing my payment for service I was being told my car will be out in 2 minutes. I waited an additional 30 minutes before my car was ready. Never going there again!

First time at the shop. Went in for oil change/ tire rotation. They changed my filters- engine/ cabin and my axle boot had started leaking so they ended up changing the axle and doing an alignment. I would not trust my urban runner to anyone but Central Florida Toyota they are absolutely the best I've been using them for probably 25 years. I don't know the mechanics anymore. Had a horrible experience at Central Florida Toyota. The service adviser let me leave and told me everything is good. Later, I found out suspension component of the report was indicated red. Had to go through the trouble of reaching the adviser, only to find out I need more repair. It just doesn't make sense the customer needs to call back to find the detail of the service result that I've done in person.

It appears the recall on my vehicle was already completed, yet Toyota continued sending service notices. When I scheduled an appointment, the dealer didn't check parts availability or verify the recall status, which would have shown that the work had already been done by another dealer. As a result, I ended up wasting several hours traveling for an unnecessary visit.
