The service needs to be cleaner: the engine area should be covered with a protective sheet to avoid leaving handprints on the car, and technicians should put plastic covers over their work boots before entering the vehicle. They entered the car wearing those dirty boots, leaving dirt on the floor mats and along the door sills.

I got 4 tires plus they told me that I neefed front brakes. Told them to do it. Also they inspected my suspension and found that I needed controllers, ball joints and left rear strut. Service advisor Juan was courtesy and professional also was the mechanic.

I would not trust my urban runner to anyone but Central Florida Toyota they are absolutely the best I've been using them for probably 25 years. I don't know the mechanics anymore. Had a horrible experience at Central Florida Toyota. The service adviser let me leave and told me everything is good. Later, I found out suspension component of the report was indicated red. Had to go through the trouble of reaching the adviser, only to find out I need more repair. It just doesn't make sense the customer needs to call back to find the detail of the service result that I've done in person.

They did a whole vehicle inspection and even send me a video of the inspection, and when I went home and open the hood noticed a large amount of corrosion on my battery terminal and it wasn't mentioned. When I looked at the service video it was there and it wasn't informed or cleaned before giving the car back. So it makes me question how detailed that inspection was.

The worst service experience I've ever had. They didn't fix the problem I brought the car in for. There was a lack of communication and professionalism. They returned my car with dents, and the final invoice states that they returned it with 26,640 miles, but it actually had 26,657 miles.
