Customer service as always great Technicians told when rotating tires to check tire pressure as there by design is 20 psi difference from front to rear. Get 2 mikes away and tire monitors update and alarms on dash as tire psi too low now on fronts and too high in rear by 10 psi

My service adviser Gio is always attentive to my vehicle needs. I brought my 2019 Ram 1500 in for door lock issue and the tech found another issue and took care of it. Im very happy that they took the time to inspect my truck and find what needed to be repaired in additon to my original issue.

I had to return the truck twice because they never found the real problem after replacing the parts they said were causing the issue. It also came back twice with a non-functional light, and even though I told them it wasn't working, they still delivered it that way. You need to be more careful with customers, as this is very discouraging and makes people hesitant to use your services again. Thank you.

Pressure sensors failed: however, they were replaced with the wrong parts. Central Florida CDJR found the mistake and corrected it at no additional charge. They were quick to fix so I waited for a short time. As always, if they treat all their customers like they do this writer, I'm surprised that they have any appointments open as there should be a line waiting to use their service department.

Central Florida CDJR was responsive and thorough in servicing my truck on the eve of a holiday weekend. The truck is used for towing, where time is money, and we would have lost three days. The service manager understood the necessity of getting our vehicle back on the road and took the extra time to get us in and out of their shop in less than 3 hours. I would recommend for future services.

This dealership Central Florida CDRJ is one of the worst service departments that i have even been to in the last 20 years. The service technician there don't follow the Work orders.. My visit on Oct. 6, 2025 for oil and filter change.. I requested a tire and pressure check on my tires and they wrote on the vehicle check list that they did check. When i picked the vehicle up I checked the dash and all tires were very low on pressure

Either proper checks werent completwd after changing the radiator, or coolant was not properly added. Driving down the freeway after 3k in repairs i experienced major overheating issues, and had to add 2 gallons of coolant to limp to the nearest dealership.

I am amazed at the work that was done on my wrangler. The only thing was not fixed was the tpms sensor light that I have been addressing numerous times. It will never get fixed. Or the alignment pulling to one side. Otherwise, the engine work was magnificent.

Horrible experience! Scott, my salesperson, urged me to lie to get another key fob. They sent insulting text when the deal didn't go thru. 5 different people were contacting me about the vehicle. One hand did not know what the other was doing. I'll never return to that dealership and strongly advise all to shop elsewhere. Dishonest. Disrespectful. Deplorable.

Charging issues with Hybrid Pacifica, took it right in and gave me a loaner. Asked to inspect passenger window which was separating from safety film but never looked at. Left voice and text messages which were never acknowledged. Van popped several codes but reset and no issues found. Will have to return for window replacement.

It appears they're increasing desks for service managers but don't know if tech positions are increasing to cut down on wait times.
