I was happy with the service , not so happy with the employee that encouraged me to get insurance for the day. It's generous that jeep gives a rental car for free they should also consider paying for the insurance.

I brought my truck in due to needing repairs for a part that was recalled in September that has no remedy at this time and a new inspection sticker. However, due to the recalled part, it did not pass. I was told by the people at the counter that they didn't think that the recalled part contributed to the failure but my truck wasn't seen by a mechanic. I have proof that the airbag light being on is connected the recall.

Amazing. The mechanics were able to fix a problem the 24 auto group told us could not be fixed. 24 auto group let our car sit for months and was attempting to make us pay for a whole new part when CDJF of Norwood fixed it within one day. Cant thank you enough

It sucked. They had 3 and a half weeks since I booked the appointment. And they still didn't have the part in stock.. fully knowing EXACTLY what i was coming in for. That being said.. my service person was lovely. But i am not a happy camper.. so i have to go back in a few weeks

They had me drop my car off at 8am, by 4pm they still hadnt looked at it and were trying to push the job till the next day. I complained and said this is getting ridiculous that they hadnt even looked at it when they had it for 8 hours. Very unhappy with service

If I have an appointment made , I would expect my car to get worked on at that time and for a rental car (due to recalls ) to be waiting and not told enterprise is on its way. I was told if I left the building my car would be serviced when they had time. Also nobody in the waiting area was wearing a mask at a peak Covid surge
