Had an electrical issue , called and talked to Jordan who actually came to my house to look at the truck. Finally got it towed to their shop and between Tim 2, Jordan and the rest of the guys , a week later diagnosed and fixed the issues. I have the truck back and it's running great.

New Battery has been draining every few weeks so they replaced a questionable door lock cylinder. The lock was suspected of staying energized locked or unlocked.
The initial problem was the driver's side door wasn't staying locked. It would lock but immediately unlock. So they replaced the locking cylinder. Hopefully this fixes the problem.

Centerville Service Center has been in business for decades and theyre very professional. I took my car there for an oil change and tire rotation. The Tech said the tires were wearing evenly at 8/32 and rotation was not necessary at this time. Oil change took about 30 minutes. Im very confident in the service I received and will continue to use Centerville Service.

Had a brake issues. When they finish replacing the rear caliper on one side that was sticking, I expected a bill in the $200 range. Expect my surprise when I received the printout with a zero balance! I was told it was still under warranty from previous work! Ben & the mechanics are awesome!

They have fixed two things on our car For Taurus SHO and they had a challenge fixing the oil line to the Turbo, and was able to fix it in a couple days. Then our air went out, no problem completed in two days. Tim called our warranty immediately and got permission that warranty covered part and then called us to make sure they were OK to work on it. Very professional and very friendly...couldn't ask for better service. Thank you

They checked the car out fully and made recommendations on needed maintenance. We needed a batter, tires & front brakes. I am taking care of these items myself. Otherwise the car is in excellent condition. Centerville Service Center is an excellent business with competent mechanics and reasonable prices along with quick service. I gladly recommend them for any car service.
