I liked the friendly and courteous associates, the quick service given. What I didn't like was the way they notify that your vehicle service ia completed. They text you that it's completed which looks like they don't want to leave their stools to inform you. It's not that far to walk to their waiting area.

I have always liked their service. What I didn't like on this visit was the way they notify you now. I just don't think that they should notify or even discuss any thing by text. You are right there and so are they, so what is wrong with talking to you face to face. I just think you can't replace the human connection with a text.

I thought I had a bad Body Control Module. Turns out I just had the wrong light bulb. Instead of charging a diagnostic fee, they just installed the correct bulb (and, of course, added a small labor fee.) I appreciate their honesty.

Took my wife's 2021 Expedition Plt in for a recall and was able to get the recall fixed and a oil change/tire rotation in the same day. It was suppose to take all day, but the shop was able to complete all work in half a day. I trust the service advisors and department at Cella Ford.

Took my Expedition into Cella Ford for a Factory Recall on the windshield wipers. As always, the gentlemen at the service desk were professional and polite and got me checked in quickly. I was advised that it could take a couple of hours when I checked in, so it was to my surprise when it was completed in a little over an hour. Truly pleased with how I am treated and the service I receive when I take my vehicle to Cella Ford.

Fixed an intermittent problem with the backup camera system. I was VERY skeptical of the diagnosis and made a big stink about it. BUT I was wrong and the diagnosis was correct. A few days after the repair the GM called to make sure that the intermittent problem had not returned. I would not hesitate taking my truck to this dealer in the future.

Best Service / Maintenance Department, I have encountered, thus far. I will gladly recommend this dealership (Cella Ford) and drive the forty-five minutes to have my vehicles service by them. The employees are Courteous, Professionals and Knowledgeable. I needed a loaner vehicle, when I dropped off my vehicle, Mr. Frazier had a loaner ready for me. This is truly a FIVE STARS Outfit!

This is The best Service department I have ever encountered. They are professionals, courteous and attentive. Mr. Maurice Frazier, was very detailed in the descriptions of what the process of the maintenance would be.The Maintenance actions on my vehicles was completed with in the time frame, that was stated to me. I will gladly recommend Cella Ford to anyone, and drive the 45 minutes to have my vehicles serviced by them.

Usual well done service by Cella Ford Team. Had to replace all four Pirelli tires that came on the car when purchased new in May 2015, at 10,750 miles! 4 new Good Years were replacement at about $1,400. Had DMV Emission inspection and Care Serviced during this visit.
