Samantha Navarra is always so great at taking the time to completely explain the details of what needs to be done now and in the future. I appreciate her friendly and courteous approach. Often when you go to Celebration to get service and step into the service desk room NO ONE even looks up from their computer screen to acknowledge that you are there .. except for Samantha, she always greets the incoming customers.

Nothing got done to my vehicle due to not having the capability of leaving my before 24-48 hrs just for a diagnosis. Said they were short on staff.Had an appointment at 10:30, got there early and waited till 1045 just to get checked in. Natalie on the other hand was very polite and helpful while my vehicle was being serviced.

They returned my card dirty from inside the floor with oil and the seats the doors , The alignment is not done correctly and the service took them more than 24 hours give my truck back. I was calling and no one gave me informatio. When I went to pick up my truck, the one who was attending to me saw me and went to hide and someone else had to help me. Was one time really bad experience I never go back to that place. bad services

I will never return to this dealership for any service again!! Because of this dealership service I will never buy another General Motors vehicle again!! This dealership up-charges my service over $600, according to geico standards. I would avoid this dealership at all costs!!!

Firestone, was advised at least three times that this was a warranty oil change, and did not call to get prior authorization so I had to pay for the service. I am now trying to get reimbursement. It is described in the notes with the telephone number to call and get prior authorization.
