Not good to say the least. Last August I bought a new Corolla and did not get two key fobs. I was told I would get the second shortly but that did not happen. Instead I was told that two key fobs came with the car and for 300 dollars I could have my second key fob. This is patently dishonest and especially when there was a known shortage of key fobs at the time. My advise is to stay clear of this dealership. Period.

We had a very expensive and unexpected repair bill. The mechanic seemed almost happy to tell us the bad news. No solutions provided, no help prioritizing, not even pairing us with a sales person to get a new car. So we bought one somewhere else. Strongly recommend avoiding Cedar Rapids Toyota. If you must have a Toyota, don't get one there.

I had two tire sensors put on and bill was 469.00. Found out I could have it done elsewhere for under half the price. As a widowed woman, I feel I got taken. I have driven a Toyota for many years, this is my fourth one and all ways have my service done here. I will continue to have my car serviced here, but will need to ask other people when there are serious things to be done.

The oil change and tire rotation was done on time. Asked for a refresher on how to connect my phone to my car and got help with that from the Service department which I appreciated. The waiting area was clean and comfortable and I appreciated the coffee and cookie there. All in all, no issues. I appreciate their efficiency.
