My appointment was for 9:00 AM. I arrived shortly before 9. At 10:40 Vince came to me in the waiting area to tell me my car had just been taken into the shop to start my service. I had a doctor appointment in Lockhart at 12:20. I got my car back at 11:45 and had to rush to my appointment. I have had to schedule another appointment for 11/28 so they can do the extra work that was identified, What is the point of appointments?????

They had my car for a week they said it was fixed, but the same situation happened again. I'm an old woman and I buy new cars because I am always by myself and don't want to have car problems. This is the 3rd time it has happened. I have no faith in the car anymore. Nissan needs to do something about it or I need another car.

No call when our vehicle was finished. We called and left message for the service advisor, but not call back. So we go to the dealership and the service advisor tells us he'll compete the ticket and we can take the car. 20 minutes later we ask about our vehicle, "I'll finish this up right now". Also we did not get a receipt/work order showing what was done. We were handed the keys and told the car is right out the door.

Took it in cause seat belts making dinging noise. Kept it 3 days and said nothing wrong with it. Picked it up that afternoon and was in a rear end wreck. Back seat belt behind driver's seat did not lock and my grandson was thrown into the floor board. Called Vinny and was told I didn't bring it in for the seat belt but for the dinging noise.

Had an appointment for 10:30 for an oil change only. Upon arrival apt was changed to 11:00 and I was told it would be 2 to 2 1/2 hours. Fortunately it only took an hour but waited because I wasn't told it was done. Then I was presented with a list of urgent work at ridiculous prices, some of which had previously been done. Obviously they didn't check their own records on this vehicle.
