Thank you for supporting our military with free oil changes. I had an 1100 appointment for an oil change which took two hours to complete without once speaking to a representative. Very disappointing. There was also no typical carwash after the service.

It's a dealer, so prices will be higher, but I didn't realize how much higher. Unfortunately it took much longer than it should have, especially because I had a scheduled appointment.
