I had a 12:30pm appointment, and I left at 2:20 for an oil change. I think my service rep had gone to lunch and finally at 1:45 I went to the desk and ask how much longer, and the car was on the rack. I asked them to change wipers and discovered at check out they had not done it. I didn't even mention it as I was already late leaving. I come here although it is 45 minutes from me, I like the service and this was my first issues.
