Andre was very pleasant and professional as always, communicating well and managing to get my car washed despite several other Service Advisors previously telling me it wasn't possible because of my offset front plate mount. I did think 90+ minutes for an oil change, inspection and tire rotation was a bit long, but it was no big deal since I had a private workstation to work in while waiting.
