I took my car in for recall work. They tried to upsell me for a lot of maintenance that they said hadn't been done, but I have records of that work having been done AT THEIR SHOP. The recall work seems to have been performed adequately, though it took much longer than it should have due to them performing their "inspection" which I didn't request and where they supposedly identified the deferred maintenance.

At 64,000 miles the torque converter went out and cost over $6,000. Then at 77,000 miles the whole transmission failed because of the torque converter, which Castlerock Ford refused to cover, so it cost me another $7,000. Each time I took car into shop it took them over 4 weeks just to diagnose. They have terrible communication and customer service. Very disappointed. Will never buy another Ford or return to this shop.

Thank you for reaching out. The parts warranty provided by Ford Motor Company is valid for 2 years. Unfortunately, your torque converter falls outside of that warranty period, which is why we were unable to honor it. These guidelines are set by Ford and must be followed. We understand your concerns and sincerely apologize for the time the repair took. Please know that we strive to offer some of the quickest turnaround times for transmission repairs in the Denver area, and we appreciate your patience throughout the process.

Service went well. Hannah , Service Advisor, was professional and did a nice job, although she didn't go over the additional service recommendations with me. Had the battery replaced and a new tire put on. Signed up for the service plan. They gave me a ride home and delivered the car to my home when the work was completed which worked out well.

Major repair item (replacing non-functional sun roof) required additional attention : Currently this vehicle is back to the dealership as the roof had excessive wind noise and leaked water! Other items attended to during this visit was adequately seen to!

Very bad service it took almost fours hours for the service. They did not start to work on my vehicle until I asked two hours later what was going and they said the did not know. After half hour they took my vehicle into the shop. then an hour later the service was complete. I had a 10:40 am appointment and did not leave the shop until 3:15 pm. Very bad for customer service. At this time would not recommend this shop.

I recently used their quick lube service. Everyone was nice and the service was done right the first time. I checked for fresh oil, the air filter was changed, and the tires rotated (I mark the tires). I deducted a star since it took 90 minutes to get the work done. Great Team!

Too expensive and too slow. They quoted me under $80 for a oil change but the total bill came to over $115 when it was done. The difference was mostly fees etc. that they shoukd have been included in the quote. If I knew the final amount this high, I would have gone to Valvoline insted of wasting 1 hr. For a simple oil change.

Took my expedition in for transmission concerns. They kept the vehicle for a week, didn't have rentals available, replaced my spark plugs for just over $700(because that's what they said the issue was). After a test drive they said they didn't detect any issues with the transmission. Transmission is still slipping, exact same as before. $1400 between repairs and a rental and no resolution.

I had a conversation with your Service Manager about what I thought was a billing error. After hearing my concerns he researched the issue and agreed with my point of contention. This person is an individual that will bring me back to your dealership in the future for servicing and purchase of new vehicles.

I was impressed with the pic they took of the problem and sent to me. That solved the diagnostic issue so I could do the fix. The whole process was expensive but the service mgr was very nice and accommodating. I appreciated the vehicle diagnostic checkup they did.

Customer service was awful. I was shuffled off four times by the people there. I was told oh I can't help you go over there and then the next person would do the same thing. Also I asked how long the service was the extremely rude fourth person said I don't know probably two days. I asked how I was supposed to get home. He shrugged and said get an uber..
