The service was good. The only issue I had was a question came up and the service manager texted me when he knew I was in the waiting area. This is completely unacceptable. Employees in the service department need to be more personable. Clients might not say anything but simple observation shows they appreciate it. With this new approach your company builds trust, cliental and future growth.

The service itself as well as everyone I interacted with was fine. I would have given a 5 star rating however, the service shop did not even start to mount this tire to the new wheel until I arrived. No reason for this as they had it two weeks prior to my arrival. This visit took me 4 hours of waiting and with a 3 hour drive to get back home. There was no reason for this taking the time it did.

I really liked the service team at Castle Rock Chevrolet GMC. They treated me far better, more honestly and more affordable service pricing than Foundation Chevrolet Service in wheat Ridge. I would gladly drive the extra miles to Castle rock for their quality service!

The charge for the oil change was almost double what we had paid for the previous oil change at Emich Chevrolet. They give Corvette owners a 10% discount on service and parts which Castle rock Chevrolet does not do.

Everything was terrible. They screwed up the recall. Kept the car 5 weeks. It still is not fixed and if you call its 5 different full voicemails but you receive 3 emails a day saying they appreciate you. Terrible
