For the most part it was positive, however, due to the holiday and the snowstorm they had my car for almost a week. There weren't any loaners available , and I had a call to check in for a status almost every day. However, the staff was always positive and cheerful.

Go somewhere else! The dealer representative never called me to update me on my jeep. I always had to call. Then they lied about the work they were doing. My Jeep sat outside for a full day with nothing being done when they told me they were driving it the recommended 30 miles. Poor service overall!!

They told me I only needed to replace my ECU, then immediately after a switch failed, and after replacing 2 parts my touchscreen went out and said that it was unrelated and refused to replace it. So a 1,200$ repair turned into a 4,000$ repair. Also they were incredibly slow and hard to reach and at times. I had to pester them to basically fix my car.

I am very disappointed in this dealership. We didn't try to get them to reduce the listed price but when things started showing up they have been very slow to respond. We paid cash for the Pacifica but still waiting on the title. There was no spare, jack, or tools included. The passenger side window control is broken. The driver's side rear tire wont hold air. There is no owner's manual included. No customer service at all.

The tech that checked and put air in my tires put the caps back on too tight. They must have used a tool. I got a flat tire and my husband couldn't get the cap off to put air in the tire. We ended up taking the tire to a shop. They had to replace the stem along with the tire.

Our radio, which controls so many things including U-Connect, sensors, GPS, climate, heated/cooled seats, etc., had a short inside the radio unit. We also had a seatbelt in the third row that had been pulled out too far and had to be replaced. While it took hours (we only have one vehicle) the work was done well.

Had routine maintenance service and was told I needed to get new front and back brake pads. Told they had wear age of 2mm on front and 1mm on back. Went to get another opinion and they actually showed me my wear age and it wasn't even close to 1mm on either front or back brake pads. I have a 2019 Jeep summit with almost 40,000 miles only on it. Shame on the service department to try and deceive their regular customers!!!!!!
