Our radio, which controls so many things including U-Connect, sensors, GPS, climate, heated/cooled seats, etc., had a short inside the radio unit. We also had a seatbelt in the third row that had been pulled out too far and had to be replaced. While it took hours (we only have one vehicle) the work was done well.

I will never go back to Castle due to incompetence, dishonesty about what needed to be fixed and what was wrong with my vehicle, and trying to charge me for services that were not done per my request prior to leaving my vehicle with them and also confirmation from them when I picked up my vehicle.

Had routine maintenance service and was told I needed to get new front and back brake pads. Told they had wear age of 2mm on front and 1mm on back. Went to get another opinion and they actually showed me my wear age and it wasn't even close to 1mm on either front or back brake pads. I have a 2019 Jeep summit with almost 40,000 miles only on it. Shame on the service department to try and deceive their regular customers!!!!!!

I liked the friendliness of the check-in staff. I did not like that they set my coupon aside and did not use it and I had to wait to have it corrected. They found and "oil leak" that I thought doubtful as I just had the oil housing replaced. The cashier seemed distracted and didn't know what to do about the coupon.

throttle body should have been covered under my mopar warranty it was misrepresented when sold to me. I paid almost $3000 for a warranty I thought covered unusual repairs, not maintenance. Some one from the dealership should have went to bat for me with Mopar or Chrysler. Very disappointed as I have 2 Chrysler vehicles. I feel I was cheated with the explanation of the warranty. A throttle body should be covered
