Friendly people, knowledgeable when I asked about the automatic garage door opener that was not ,on my car when purchased (true for a number of new vehicles). Also ordered a new module that should eliminate false warning messages about serving all wheel drive system.

As an owner of three Chevys, I've never received poor service from Castle Chevy but did so on this trip. Wheel lug caps were missing after the tire rotation and labor price was inflated to $224 per hour for replacement of two link stabilizers. The only good news is that the service manager made it right by offering $100 discount after I complained. I've always received great service, it must of been a busy day for the techs.

Went in knowing what the truck needed. Dealership confirmed what I told them. Quoted me $1600 for a thermostat replacement. I declined and 2 minutes later they knocked it down to $1,000. The Service Director Manger guy Stated he had to put all my info in a system and ask GM to reduce it and that's how he got it down to $1,000 and "doesn't do it for everyone". Terrible service and reputation they're setting

I was told I needed all these additional services battery, windshield wiper blades, tires rotated, rear brakes and rotors. I took my car to someone else the next day and it was all lies. I was there 2 hours they told me it would take 1 hour.
