I was there to have them check my truck for a little rough idle and for massage in the dashboard about service parking brake and also ESC. They found that coil number six was bad. After changing that coil and spark plugs problem was fixed. It took care of everything.

The service technician is excellent. I gave this rating based off of the service advisor since he was giving me some attitude about having my vehicle's software checked. My paperwork said it was Zach, but it was not Zach since I've had Zach before as an advisor and he's excellent.

It's a good shop service could be a bit better in the service Dept area. They seem to stress to me like oh no a customer? Zach if not tied up is very helpful ! I also been there transporting vehicles for AT&T whether for a recall or other services needed so I do frequent castle Chevy.

I had an appointment for an oil change and asked the service guy does it also include the multipoint inspection? He said yes! I said please check front end parts. 2 days later, I heard bad rubbing noise on drivers side. It was the wheel hub bearing! This should have been caught if the inspection was actually done correctly. I had to replace immediately! Also the wait for almost 2 hours is ridiculous when the place was not that busy!

I had a 10:00 appointment. I got there at 9;45 it was 11;45 when I pulled out of your lot. I drove by two 10 minute oil change places to get to Castle. This is unacceptable for most any customer. You need to improve.
