It's a good shop service could be a bit better in the service Dept area. They seem to stress to me like oh no a customer? Zach if not tied up is very helpful ! I also been there transporting vehicles for AT&T whether for a recall or other services needed so I do frequent castle Chevy.

I had an appointment for an oil change and asked the service guy does it also include the multipoint inspection? He said yes! I said please check front end parts. 2 days later, I heard bad rubbing noise on drivers side. It was the wheel hub bearing! This should have been caught if the inspection was actually done correctly. I had to replace immediately! Also the wait for almost 2 hours is ridiculous when the place was not that busy!

I stopped unexpectedly for service, needed new tires. They offered fair pricing and were able to complete the work that day. The porter was able to drive me to my office, he was very nice. When I picked up my car, I had found a discount offer online, and they applied it to my invoice. Very nice people to work with, I like this dealership and their other location in Villa Park. Both are excellent in customer care.

Advisor said I needed a throttle body cleaning @$140. I checked owners manual and there is no maintenance schedule for this service. Other sources indicate service could be necessary at 75-90K miles if experiencing rough idle. My vehicle has 30K miles and smooth idle. Been coming here for years. Why do you do something that makes me question your integrity?

I had a 10:00 appointment. I got there at 9;45 it was 11;45 when I pulled out of your lot. I drove by two 10 minute oil change places to get to Castle. This is unacceptable for most any customer. You need to improve.
