I previously took my vehicle to two different dealerships with no success diagnosing the problem over several months. Cassel's found the issues in one morning and had my vehicle repaired in a day and a half. Their labor prices were very fair and they called a couple days later to follow up and make sure we were satisfied with our repairs.

The first time I went there I had to get my car towed. Scott said my oil needed to be changed. The second time I made an appt for the 100.000 maintenance. They took care of my car right away and the price was reasonable. Angela in the front desk was very nice and easy to talk to, in overall I'm satisfied. As usual the techs at Cassel's did a great job on inspection and oil change.
Upon finding a problem, they reported to me, then ordered the part, tag-teamed the labor and finished in just a little over 2 hours! Scott also graciously pulled a nail from one tire and plugged the hole. Angela and all the gents are respectful and friendly to this old lady. Thank you!

While on a trip, a 100 miles away from home my tire started to go flat. I got to a gas station, filled it with air, and called Cassel's's immediately. I didn't get there until the end of the day, but they had a tire ready and waiting for me. I so appreciate their commitment to their customers.
