They did get the job done right away. Jesse the service tech is very good . just didn't like the price $199 diagnostic fee should've been reduced after I had the job done there. He did give me 10% off which I appreciated. Then a 3% fee for using my card. I have a familymember that is a tech manager and Volkswagon in Riverhead Long Island, New York. I guess that's just policies of the dealership.

Normally the service is OK, but this particular appointment was terrible. I was told changing headlight bulbs and a sideview mirror would take 1.5 hours. When that time passed, I checked in and they hadn't even looked at my vehicle, and I had an appointment. The worst part is that I waited all that time and they didn't have the light bulbs, so that was an extra hours to get those parts in. It was really frustrating.

They added on extras like fuel and oil additives that increased the price of service without my permission. Multiple dashboard lights were on following service that weren't there prior to service. Had to bring car back due to these lights being on to find that they had opened a circuit.

When I say they definitely tried to get me out of money, so glad I took my car to another shop for a second opinion. Volkswagen wanted to charge me over $6,000 to fix my car for something that wasn't even wrong with car.. lost a long time customer.

I'm so sorry you had a bad experience. When I checked on your est. the under boost code you had in your car that should be your turbo. The noise you you had were the electric fan very loose and worn out which you state you were going to get replaced. If I can ever help you please feel free to call me personally. I know when I take my Outback in for a repair or oil change, it will be properly handled. The staff are always polite & helpful making it a joy to service it there. I love the fact that the mechanics also check it over for anything that can easily be missed that can later be a serious problem.

I have no complaints on the service I receive at Casey Subaru. I am still waiting on a call back regarding my emergency key that was to be ordered when I purchased a duplicate replacement key over a month ago, though. Mine was missing out of the new key fob.

I had a recall on a fuel injector part . I took it in & the fuel pump was replaced. The car did not start properly once I took it home . I called and they had me bring the car in. It was suspected that there might be an o-ring issue. They were correct. A new replacement part was overnighted. They installed the next day & it drives like a brand new car. ! A big thank you to Chris Reynolds and his team.

The customer services was awesome. Melissa answered all my questions and concerns. I need to get use to the FOB. I now need to touch the key fob to the thing under the steering wheel before the car will start. I am use to just getting in the car and push to start as long as my key fob was nearby. I like that the customer services was very polite and friendly. I feel secure to bring my car back for repairs.

Dominic did a really thorough job trying to diagnose the problem with my daughters 2021 Forester. Turns out it was a bad solenoid and there are very few parts in the US because the car is so new. They were able to track down a new one and make the repair!

I took my car in at 8 a.m. and it wasn't ready until 5:30 p.m. even though I had an appointment. This is not the first time this has happened. I had to continuously call them to find out the status of my vehicle. Another time I didn't receive the paperwork as to what was done to my car. I requested the paperwork for previous service during this visit. Not a good experience.
