I had a concern about my Jeep so I asked the service advisor to listen to the Jeep run. He got a technician and they both came out. The technician walked me through what would make noise under the hood and stated everything sounded normal. I was very impressed and my concern went away. Warranty repair. At pickup they attempted to charge a diagnostic fee which was never previously disclosed. Claimed my battery was bad and needed to be replaced, no issue with battery.

Dear Customer, I am unaware of any garage/Dealership you can go to and receive free work and/or diagnostics. You are correct we did not have the conversation about how much money or a preapproved amount of time when you dropped off your vehicle, and this is why we refunded your money no questions asked. Also at no point did we find your battery to be bad. We did find you had a bad starter and this was replaced by the warranty you purchased with your vehicle from another location. Your battery was never said to be bad, we removed it to install the new starter and reinstalled the same battery you came in with. I would also like to thank you for the feedback, because every day we strive to be the best and look for ways to better serve our community and without feedback like yours we would be unaware of these situations to help us improve. I called the dealership in Springfield on a Saturday later in the afternoon after spending all day looking at trucks in south Burlington VT. I scheduled a time to see a truck around 11 am in Burlington and by the time I got their they already sold the truck. I was... so thrilled. I spent the next 4 to 5 hours looking at alternative options and test driving but there were no trucks that felt quite right. Until finally, Saturday afternoon around 3 pm I got a notification that there was a new listing at a dealership in Springfield VT. Selling the same truck I had been searching for over the last month or so. I was about 2 hours away from the dealership at that point so I didnt have time to make it down that day. I called Casey Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Springfield and spoke with Anastasia. I asked if the truck was still available which she confirmed. I asked if I would be able to test drive the truck at 9am the following Monday. Which she confirmed. They double-check I was still plann9ng to test drive the truck the night before heading down too. I got at the dealership at about 8:58am and the truck was already waiting out front. I met with Earl, who showed me the truck and had it all ready to take for a spin. Earl was honest with me, he answered all my questions related to the truck and financing. The questions I asked that he didnt know or wasnt sure about he was honest and upfront about and reassured me when we got back to the dealership he would jump on it and get the answers for me. He was in no way the stereotypical salesman that was really pushing a sale. He was understanding and was able to work out the financing with me. He was able to get my payment under 450$ a month, which includes today's market seems reasonable. The funny part is that I really liked the truck, I dont like having a car payment again but for this deal the payment is within a range I am comfortable with. Earl was able to get my payment under 450 and he was able to really cruise through a lot of the documentation for me as I was running late and needed to catch a plane for work. Casey Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Springfield actually got me some warranties and gap insurance for the entirety of the loan and it the grand total worked into my payment came to 450. Which I thought was amazing. I've never seen such a great price on extended warranties and gap insurance costing me so little.FOR THE ENTIRETY OF THE LOAN EVEN!! They held the truck until the following Friday since I had to catch a plane. Then I got back in town and picked it up. It was probably the best car buying experience I have ever had, honestly. I really appreciated them working with my tight schedule.
