Took my BMW X5 to get it service for oil change, team for got to tight the oil plug on my 2023 BMW X5, leaking oil in my garage ,discover the leak when I got home from work four days later, took the X5 BMW to the dealership to get it service the oil plug was not tightened correctly bad service.

I was there to get it Safety inspected after repairs were done. I had great service by my advisor, she gets me out as fast as she can. I like to take it to BMW because they never steer me wrong, when they tell me about repairs needed, because I always replace with actual BMW parts, to keep the keep running in superior condition.

Came in for an oil change came out with something even better 3yr oil change contract for around the same price for one oil change cant beat that. Great and knowledgeable staff would do business with them again.

Michael Bulluss was my service advisor and he always takes care of my BMW vehicles. The following was done: oil change, alignment, multi-point vehicle check, fuel treatment and replaced spark plugs. Highly recommend!

Horrible! Casey kept my car for nearly 3 weeks for work that should have taken 1-2 days max! Eventually they callled on a Monday saying the car was ready and they would return it the following day I didn't get it until Friday. I would avoid Casey BMW unless you absolutely have no other choice. I've been taking my BMWs to Richmond BMW for years, hour out of my, to avoid Casey.

I have had 2 different jobs done a full 7 days apart. Each time I went to pick up my car I had a flat tire, the same tire, no other tire decreased in psi per pickup so it wasn't due to weather. 1st pickup the tire had a "leaky valve" that I got replaced at a tire shop away from the dealer. After a week of nothing being wrong with my tires warm or cold weather, driven completely fine. The 2nd pickup I had to leave my car there over night due to it being on 6 PSI after I told the service advisor to make sure it wasn't flat due to the first experience. Still I find it flat and the next day I didn't get proof of damages until I had to call back around 10am & of course there's a smallllll cut the size of a flat head vertical of the tire's tread and it was too close to the side wall so a new tire was a must. Kind of weird, but I got my car towed to my tire shop and got my new tire under warranty for $36. I have no clue what kind of management they have going on in that dealer but I STRONGLY ADVISE NOT TO GO INTO THAT DEALER. I only went back for a coolant flush which required machinery from a bmw service provider.
