Was over charged $150 for an oil change. After I left the dealership I noticed that the tech didn't reset my oil life. I Had to turn around and go back and get the oil life reset. They tell me that the tech that worked on my vehicle has gone on lunch brake so I had to wait another 45 minutes for another tech to reset the oil life, something that takes 2 minutes to set.

My service advisor AJ Phillips was great but female advisor the next desk over was very rude when I asked for AJ. When I asked a 2nd time after about 8 minutes waiting she informed me that I made her forget the number she was trying to remember. I would not want her as my advisor

Because there isn't a spare/doughnut we've had to call a tow. That is we found very inconvenient. Takes the dealership 3-5 days or more to get a tire into the shop just to change it. This is the second occurrence since we've had the car and on both occasions the cars been there through the weekend twice!!

Took my BMW X5 to get it service for oil change, team for got to tight the oil plug on my 2023 BMW X5, leaking oil in my garage ,discover the leak when I got home from work four days later, took the X5 BMW to the dealership to get it service the oil plug was not tightened correctly bad service.

I was there to get it Safety inspected after repairs were done. I had great service by my advisor, she gets me out as fast as she can. I like to take it to BMW because they never steer me wrong, when they tell me about repairs needed, because I always replace with actual BMW parts, to keep the keep running in superior condition.

Horrible! Casey kept my car for nearly 3 weeks for work that should have taken 1-2 days max! Eventually they callled on a Monday saying the car was ready and they would return it the following day I didn't get it until Friday. I would avoid Casey BMW unless you absolutely have no other choice. I've been taking my BMWs to Richmond BMW for years, hour out of my, to avoid Casey.
