Jeff the technician solved the problem that I have never thought of before. And he used his experience to fix the sheared bolt that was installed incorrectly/cross-threaded from the factory.

4 wheel alignment was performed. Steering is running as aligned. However, steering wheel was not aligned straight. The steering wheel remains a little bit cocked to the left. Also a Steering Fluid Service/Flush was done. Steering Fluid is all good. Requested a vehicle undercarriage check for leaks. Technician stated no leaks. I wish I should have been notified that he was going to do the mechanical check. I did not see any brakes checked since no wheels were removed (as far as I noticed) to measure the brake pad thickness or condition of the rotor.
