I took my car in for service and to have the battery checked under warranty. They kept it for almost 5 hours, telling me the battery was testing fine. When they finally gave me my car back, it wouldn't start. They kept it for another two hours because it wouldn't start, and in the end, they told me they would replace the battery but wouldn't honor the warranty because their tests showed the battery was fine. Very poor service at that dealership.

I had a very bad experience with the dealership. I took my car in for service and a battery check because it was under warranty, and after an hour they called me to say my car was ready. The representative told me the battery was fine, only that the mechanic had shorted one terminal, but that it was okay. When I tried to take my car, it wouldn't start, and they took it back to the shop. It took me another 5 hours to tell me they were going to replace the battery, but that they wouldn't honor the warranty. That's very unprofessional of their employees not to follow the warranty policies.
