It was awesome Carson City Hyundai always takes very good care of us there's only one complaint I can make they offer the car wash when you bring your car in one of the worst car washes ever dirt swirled all around it it was terrible that was the worst part everything else was great

Expect a little more leeway as a card been sitting there for five months. But not my business so Again Gregory was awesome.

I would give this establishment a lower rating than 1 star if I could because This place is run by crooks. They will do any and everything to avoid fulfilling things covered under warranty, and charge you for the visit. and if you take your vehicle there for a recall they will fix it, but still figure out a way to charge you for the visit. Don't go here, they will steal your money every time. John the Clown responded saying he thinks $450 is a fair price to replace the wiring harness for a tail light. They also wanted to charge me $700 to fix my AC unit. I got it done for under 500 elsewhere, and they did a fantastic job. Hyundai Service Center in Carson City is like those corporations blaming their high cost of food on inflation, while they're raking in record-breaking profits. Why don't you get into your little clown car with all your little clown friends over at Hyundai service center and take a long drive off of short pier.

Matt sorry you feel that way. Unfortunately your 11 year old 128,000 vehicle has very little warranty. It is unfortunate that the wrong part was used as a replacement and voided parts of the warranty. While I would agree things are always less expensive when you DIY, the downside is if you use the wrong part or make the repair incorrectly. Our technicians are highly trained by Hyundai and that does cost money. We do believe you get what you pay for and our prices are fair.
