The building is very nice, clean and accommodating, however, customer service as it pertains to the service side is terrible. As a first time customer at that location, I am not impressed not to mention that they messed up on my service, admitted to it but don't want to pay for it because it will cost them more even though they're at fault. They're ok with talking your money but if they have put it out then it's a problem.

Service advisor Izzy did a fantastic job (again). Izzy took the extra time that a previous advisor at a different Kia dealership did not, to completely reset my Kia connect. Izzy had more knowledge about the program than anyone else who has tried to help me.

The front parking area is congested for no reason, got cones everywhere! Service was great and quick but didnt know where to go initially after driving into the covered section and no one spoke to me, had to wander around and found someone at a desk on the right hand side. Will be back!

I had a problem with the turbo not working properly. KIA had replaced the engine 4 months earlier. The diagnostic indicates that the turbo was not properly installed. They owned up to their mistake and corrected the problem. I was impressed with their honesty.

Went to KIA Dealer for an oil change but they also looked all over the car for any problems and found one that needed to be done with no cost to me. Car was covered by warranty. I would have never known if they had not checked. Excellent service.

Overall, the service was good. The transparency on the timeline could have been better. I sat there for over 7 hours, so a little more openness on how long service would take would be a much better customer experience.

Great! I wish all services come with a complementary wash and vacuum. We're paying more than other places to get our car serviced at the dealer, a wash and vacuum would be nice.
