The worst ever. Its a shame I bought my car here. When ready to upgrade, I would rather drive further but not coming back here. Oh, and mask wearing on a chin, why do it at all. (The person that helped me). Found out there was a recall on my car, wish they told me before coming in (came in originally for oil change) to plan the time better.

Brought my car in for a check up and told them the glove box was jammed. They said $75-100 to fix it. When I came to pick it up, the handle was broken off. He said we didnt charge you WHAT? You all broke the handle off. So then he gave me a deal to only pay $213 for the part to fix it. Scam. Wont be back

I did do an oil change, but am still "burning too much gas". Found out last Tuesday that I needed more service on my tires! Too expensive: I needed an alignment, two new tires, and a rotation: $450! And, I found out that my car has two "upcoming recalls"!

Christian was incredibly professional and quite on the ball. Unfortunately, my mechanic found the transmission was probably on it's way out. I told the manager that the transmission fluid was dark and trans was making squeaking noises, and that the engine mount needed to be fixed on one side (per my mechanic) Went online a couple days after, and the price was up by $500. Guess the VW mechanics did something. i didn't buy the car...

They helped me in a situation which I was misquoted and for way less $. They are great over at VW off Independance. MARK Took good care of me and my vehicle and was honest. For that reason I will go back and forever use them no matter what vehicle I own!!

When I picked up my car and drove off the light bulb indicator beeped and stayed on for a while then went off. The next day my tire pressure indicator light came on and I reset it after a day. Not sure why this came on since part of my service was to Rotate tires. Shouldnt the air pressure have been checked and the indicator reset? Now the bulb indicator is back on. Very frustrating after just leaving car for service.

I took my VW Touareg TDI into the dealership to get the approved EPA/CARB diesel emissions fix done. I dropped my car off and was given a loaner as they mentioned it would take a couple days to order the parts and then about 3-4 hours to complete the repairs. I picked up my car a few days later and everything was good to go. It was a really quick and efficient process from dropping off my car to picking it up from the dealership.

Certain services were carried out that I was specifically asked about and I said to wait. There were extremely high labor charges for simple tasks such as changing an air filter. The final price was much higher than what I was quoted. I was totally taken advantage of.

I found a nail in my relatively new tire so I took it in to Carolina VW to repair, come to find out that it wasn't repaired and a new tire was needed. Carolina VW notified me that the tire was covered by my warranty and repaired for no charge! Saved me $300+ and the service was completed extremely quick.
