This shop is the real deal, staff is knowledgeable about Audi mechanics and everyone is very friendly. I feel heard and respected and leave the shop understanding what was done to my car! Last time I was in there was a clerical error entering odometer mileage in the system but when I mentioned it later, they quickly corrected it.

Had to return after a very expensive oil pan replacement. Not happy that this replacement caused further expense to other parts needed but negotiated a lower price break that helped. Hourly rates are high in labor. Helpful staff and accommodating.

$1400 to replace both ball joints.
Got 2 extra opinions and got back 4 mechanics saying they would not replace these.
They were appalled both at the recommendation and the quoted price.
