I did go to their office after being on email with some other person. The Sales lady was very kind and personable - but the dealership office itself was a bit weird - disheveled looking - just unkept looking in my opinion. Prior to going by their office, the person who emailed me seemed to have no interest in selling me a car. I did find a car at another place. Thank you!

These 5 stars are just based off the customer service alone.. Sam Francis was the best. He text me the CARFAX and pics of the vehicle before I even came in or made my decision on purchasing. Plus showed me how much would be needed to fit my monthly payment budget. Regrettably... I didn't get my car through them. Nonetheless. I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO EVERYONE. Not good , cost me another 2, 000 dollars to get it inspected. The car horn did not work , back up camera did not work , the left mirror fell of the car , needed new tires , and break pads and rotors new on the car . Never got to see the car , only on line . Never buy a car again without seeing it and driving it . The car was not as advertised, should have told me these things needed to be fixed , horrible experience.

I opted out of their daily emails trying to sell me other vehicles....at least 4 times....but Vinessa, the autobot doesnt care. She keeps them coming. Hard to think Id ever buy a vehicle here. They dont seem to listen very well.

My experience over the phone was lovely and for the most part the purchase was good.I have had to contact Carma since the purchase and the dealer is sometimes non responsive which is not good business. I cannot give them 5 stars because of this. I wish they would call back after a message is left and just call when they've promised.

I wanted a certain VEHICLE and when i began to ask questions about it,i was Ignored. It felt like they didnt want to answer any questions about major automotive issues and it was mostly dudes in the building,so they really had me waiting almost 2 hours to get a test drive before i was acknowledged and i just walked out. Never felt so disrespected with 15k in my pocket.

We apologize for the experience on the 2007 Prius. We have driven this car over 50 miles and it appears that there was a small nail on one of the test drives and we did take care of this within an hour. We were able to run it to our shop quickly. With almost 200 units in inventory things do happen and we did try to take are of it quickly. This is a Hybrid and it is not possible that there is no battery. It has a normal battery and the hybrid battery. The car drove fine once we fixed the tire. Of course it will not start or drive with no battery. We do have some new staff and when you start a prius the engine does not immediately turn on as it is uses hybrid battery on the start so maybe there was some confusion on that. We try our best to monitor our lot for any thing like flat tires but we are human and all we can do is apologize and try to fix anything as soon as we know about it.
