They brag about Kelly blue book pricing but they do not follow it or Honor it. Their excuse was 'sir we can't do that trade in value or that sale price, we wouldn't be making money. We have to keep the lights on and pay our staff'. All I asked is that they Honored the Kelly trade in values.

I like that they check everything! Jaime, the general manager, has a very good group of people working for the Ford place in Carlsbad, New Mexico. I bought a used Lexus from their lot. I haven't had any problems at all. When I buy a used vehicle from them, I'm confident they've checked it thoroughly before selling it!

When I bought the car, I didn't realize there was a fuel pump recall. Not happy at all. How could this be overlooked and when I call the Honda dealership in Roswell, NM, no one returned my call. Why wasn't this on the Carfax report before. I travel to and from Albuquerque and concerned about driving it that far without breaking down. Need this fixed stat.

To install a $86 plastic transmission pan under the car, the labor costs were over $500!!!!!! It looks like there were about a dozen bolts to undo. Then they had to refill it with transmission fluid. It should not have take more than an hour. Very disappointed!!!!!! Won't be using an authorized dealer again!

Paid for "the Works." They apparently did not check or refill the wiper fluid (had to fill it up myself). Asked them to check tire pressures and air up all to 38 psi. After I got it home, checked each and all were different pressures only one was pressured properly. One was even at 26 psi! Makes me wonder if anything else was checked or changed.
