Best costumer service in town. I Love Carls Care Care! What I love about Carls Care Care is that they are honest and dont pressure you into doing anything unnecessary really like car dealerships do. I no longer take my car anywhere but there.

Carl's Car Care is a great place with even better people! Always fair, honest and quick. Went there for brakes all around and they called back to tell me I only needed the fronts and that rears were fine. I doubt the dealer would have done that!

Carls is honest and helpful. They let me know I will need service on my breaks soon so I can plan for it and what the cost would be upfront. The oil change was fast and my car is always taken care of.

Every visit to Carls Car Care has been excellent. On this visit, my truck was towed there since it couldnt be started at home. The problem was quickly diagnosed and the repair was made the next day (it was towed in late in the afternoon, I didnt expect it that day, or even the next since I didnt have an appointment). I couldnt ask for a better level of service!

Wow, I was extremely impressed with Carl's expertise. I took my car to another local shop to repair the low oil pressure, paid $300 for them to tell me they can't fix it and would recommend an engine rebuild. Carl was able to diagnose the issue and fix it all for $420. Please do not waste time and money going to other shops.

Another excellent job at Carls Car Care, this time for an oil change, tire rotation and balancing. I waited in the comfortable customer lounge while the service was performed, very convenient. Its well worth traveling a few extra miles for this level of service!

I brought my car in to repair a faulty A/C unit which had been replaced less than three years ago. Based on previous experience with Carl's, we decided not to have the original repair shop try to fix it. We have always been very satisfied with Carl's work and reliability.

We checked with Carl's after getting four or five other estimates that all seemed too high for the job. Carl checked the part that needed replacing and quoted a price that was much more appropriate. His quote included the original Honda part as we requested. Work was completed on time and with excellent quality. We'll return for our next service needs.
