If I could give less than one star, I would-I spoke with them three times to schedule an engine install on a recall to ensure that I had a loaner vehicle in place and that the engine was there - not only did they give the loaner to another customer, the engine was not there after I took a vacation day and drove four hours to have the engine installed

They text you, they don't communicate in person. So if you don't know they texted you, you don't know what's wrong with your car, they aren't going to tell you in person. They just let you sign the paper and leave! They sent me a text that my cabin air filter needed changed but I didn't know that's how they communicate so I left there with a clogged air filter! What kind of service is that?

Arrived early for my appt & the car was taken back right then. I was there for an oil change & tire rotation. In a very short time they had finished the job & I was ready to go. Every person I came in contact with could not have been nicer. Carlock is a great place to buy, & to have your vehicle serviced.

Aggressive and predatory service and sale tactics. Service 'suggestions' misleading in severity. Some items on service list can be declined on one visit, with no changes, then three months later, not appear on the next recommended service list. Implying that such service was a predatory charge in the first place.

I spent $700 and had their diagnostics run at least 3times only to drive away with all of the same lights on even the tire monitor. Paid $500 to have an O2 sensor replaced only for auto zone to say that same one needs replaced. The only reason I not on the 10:00 news is because I have family and friends there. I don't handle being lied to and screwed over well and I didn't have $700 to donate.

Expect to wait forever and pay $200 just to know if there's a problem or not and anything after that, prices are absurd. You'd be just as good finding a local shop and get the same quality job for half the price.
