The service personnel were friendly and efficient. They thoroughly checked out the transmission, but it did not exhibit the shifting problems I have experienced. They even let a mechanic ride with me to see if I could get the problem to repeat, but of course it ran fine. They told me to feel free to stop by and have a mechanic ride with me if I am in town when the problem comes up again.

They fixed the blinker for on the left side of my pickup. But today driving the pickup the right side started in with the fast blinking when turning right. I just wish when putting vehicles together they would double check contentions.
But over all we like the service because they take care of you as soon as they can.

Carlen brought our Suburban in for the oil change within 10 minutes of our appointment. The GM bed liner was once again coming off the rear seat and Carlen sent an e-mail to GM on 7-21 for a fix, but we haven't heard back from Carlen as of 8-5. I guess we will have to call for an update :(

I was in a minor fender bender and Carlen Chevrolets body shop repaired the damage. The parts came in on time and they did the repair faster then what they had told me. They said it would take a week and it only took 4 days. I am having an issue with the replacement headlamp, but they have ordered another new one and are going to install it next week.

I do think GMC could have had a better fix for the headlights than just a patch on the outside which does not look good at all. I can see this becoming dull and unsightly and probably falling off after some time. I hope there is a plan for a more permanent fix for the headlight problem in the near future.
The team at Carlen Motors gave me wonderful service and were very professional and respectful.

My Equinox went into reserve power mode and check engine light came on. Took it to Carlen Chevrolet and Brent got it right in. They had to order parts. They gave me a beautiful loaner till mine could be repaired.. thank God , all was covered under warranty except a deductible.. Valerie the cashier is always so sweet and kind .. I was concerened about a noise that I hadn't noticed before. I took it to their shop and after a test drive they determined that it might only be a tire whine and not to worry about it. That's why I trust my car to Carlen for service. They could have told me it was an expensive problem but they didn't and also did not charge me for their time to evaluate it.
