Andy was excellent in scheduling oil change appointments for two vehicles. Both appointments were punctual. Asked that tire pressures be checked because my tire pressure alarm was signaling on the Ford Escape but It didn't get done, So I took care of it myself at another gas station on my way home. Brandon apologized when I returned with the second vehicle to be serviced.

Not only did the mechanic do a good job changing the oil, but he also checked the battery and the tires. I got a complete update on the status of the battery and the tires. After completing the service, he parked the car in a great spot so that I could get to it easily.

Thought I lost air pressure in one tire, attempted to add air at the self service pump but by the time I got there, the tire was completely empty.
I stopped into the office and they were able to get right to me. Turned out I had a nail in it, they were able to plug it and I was on my way.

I like that I got exactly the service that I have come to expect over the 30-odd years that we've been customers! My car died completely in a parking lot in Kingstown and I had it towed to CP Shell because I trust them more than the dealership. Great service for brakes, however the next morning a TPMS battery went dead so it was likely connected to the work done the day before. The TPMS had never alerted once prior to that. Cardinal said it was a coincidence so I had to accept forgo the extra $170 to fix it. Altogether Cardinal has been our go-to pkace as they have always treated us and vehicles with care.

Great customer service. I had an appointment. They were expecting me. They welcomed me and immediately took my car in to the service area. I waited while my car had the oil and filter changed. They gave me an estimated completion time. The car was finished and back to me within their estimated completion time. Very easy.

I very much like this shop, but this time I was frustrated by their telling me they would repair an item before I brought it in, and afterwards telling me they wouldn't repair it. They also agreed to conduct a safety and emissions inspection when I brought the car in, but when they released it said they decided not to do those.
