I wasn't very happy with the first service I had. I had an oil change then on way home the oil light came on. I went back the next morning to be told that the oil was overfilled. It took an hour and 15 mins to fix and I was late to work because of it. I hope the next appointment I have I don't have any issues

Great, albeit an extremely expensive service. I don't understand why the labor is so high. Not trying to negate the importance of the work, but labor costs are ridiculous. Anyway, service was excellent. Joe is extremely pleasant and a pleasure to work with. He explained everything in great detail and was so patient.

Took vehicle in for scheduled oil change, two weeks later received a msg from vehicle to check oil level. The service crew was prompt and thorough in explaining possible causes of msg. After receiving another oil chg (no charge), I received a followup call from the Service Mgr. Overall, I was satisfied with the experience.

I was told when I brought it in for an oil change
That rear tire was a hazard
They informed me it would be 900.00 for 4 tires is what they recommended
I said can't do that today
He said that's okay as long as I get tires by the next oil change there
I said what about the tire that was a hazard
He said probably has a nail in it so I overfilled it
Really??
I took it another shop the next day and got 2 tires for 344.00 installed

David Lugo at the front desk kept me posted the whole time I was there which by the way wasn't very long at all. The staff kept in regular contact with me throughout the repair process. They completed the repair; but, when I went to retrieve the vehicle I found that a dash light was still on. When I brought this to their attention they took the time to work through the problem with me, resolve it and get me on my way.

The car was serviced 7 or 8 times for the same electrical and safety failure problem in the first year of ownership. I have moved on and will never purchase BMW again. Not the dealership nor the main headquarters cared to help resolve the issue of a 14 year customer.

Very disappointed with the service it took up almost half of my day to get an oil change and new brakes after that was done my heater wasnt working took it back again four hours later they said I needed a new thermostat I told them it was working before I came in still not fixedThe staff was very nice and helped me the problem still not solved
