I live several hours away and have tried multiple times to get in touch with them about a vehicle but have yet to get a response . Tried over the course of a week to reach them with no reply or call back ..all the cars/prices look great but the communication and customer service is lacking .

Had a hard time getting an appointment scheduled to test drive, then after driving to Northern VA to get to my appointment the vehicle wasn't even there. It took them another hour to bring it in. The listing said no damage/accidents but it had obvious damage to the front bumper that had just been somewhat fixed and painted. Did not trust the staff or management after their excuses.

Spoke to salesman, MOBI by phone and he told me what the asking price was but that there was room for negotiation since we were paying cash. Got to the dealership, test drove the truck, we liked it, but we wanted to get a mechanic to check it before we purchased it so we asked if we could have a pre-purchase inspection done at our expense. Took the truck to the same mechanic shop that had failed the inspection. Once we came back they found different items that were wrong and needed to be done for the truck to pass inspection, because it didn't have a current inspection ( most cars we seen had no current inspection or had a failed inspection sticker). We went back to them advising what needed to be done to pass inspection, the finance manager, Mohammed didn't want to negotiate and pay for everything required to pass inspection They also wants us to pay $1200 processing fee for tags and title even though we were going to take care of it ourselves. He said they were going to talk to the owner overnight and see if he would accept our offer. Didn't hear from anyone as promised so we called back around noon and was told Mohammad would call us when he came in. Mohammad finally called and advised that the owner said we can take it at the the selling price and As Is even though we said we'd take care of the issue that wasn't required to pass inspection ourselves. Needless to saywouldn't recommend them, they are just out to make a fast buck, scammers and bad business!

Horrible experience. I talk with them through Facebook messenger and they would ignore what i asked and say stuff I didn't need to know. I called and they wouldn't answer any questions about the vehicle. Then I planned a trip to go see the vehicle and they changed the ad to sold 15 mins before I got there. Then 2 days later the called me and told me it wasn't sold. I asked what happened and the would not tell me what happened and then stopped answering my messages. I feel they were being shady about the vehicle. 0 stars if I could.

We brought a Carmax warranty and when we tried to use it, the service department called and told us we had to take the car to the dealer. While the warranty clearly states Carmax Warranty it and we have a Range Rover, their service department did not have the equipment to properly diagnosis the problem. They admitted they did not have the technology for our car. If they knew Range Rovers we're unique vehicles, them hy d Ju us sell us a warranty they could not stand behind. They were very rude when they called us. They said we needed to pick up the SUV and take it to the dealer because they could not repair the SUV. Rude and poor customer service.
