It seems to be under new management. I prefer the previous one. When I arrived no one was at the counter or waiting room to acknowledge I was there. Someone came in with a donut and coffee about 10 minutes later and didn't apologize for being late. He checked me in and the service technician found a nail in my tire. They fixed the air leak but did not put any air in the tire. So it was 10 pounds less than the other tires. Felt invisible. Won't return.
