Tire pressure light went on, and, after inspecting the tires, I found a nail in the treads in one. Drove the car there. Was told it would be about 1.5 hours. Went home, and within that time frame, they called back to say it was ready. Tire patched. Only $25, which I thought was a bargain. Very friendly and helpful. No upselling for other services I didn't ask for. Appreciated that.

I had all four of my tires replaced with the same exact tires that was orig. on the vehicle when I purchased it new. Michelin tires are expensive,however based on the fact I never had a flat I decided to replace my old tires with the same tires.
Customer service at Car-X located on Kedzie near 183rd Street in Homewood is excellent. I would recommend to my family and friends.

Poor experience, honestly the first time going to them. They tell me they can put my tires on but they won't be balance, they put the tires on and all the gease was on the tire, and I was missing my tire caps for my tires, they make the lady at the desk clean my rims and tires, which was sweet of her to be doing that but after then they offer me to go to other cars x to balance my tire, come to find out they broken 4 of my lug nut cap off, honestly they need to do better
