I think the manager is in the wrong profession. Was very disrespectful, I called the store with a concern he told me to come up, after he looked at my car he charged me almost 100 dollars. I mentioned that he didn't tell me that, and he told me I shouldn't expect anything for free. I can't put into words how disrespectful he was. I paid and will not go back again

The technician and mechanic were very understanding and helpful. They were very aware of my car problem and did a comprehensive inspection. Excellent job and service. I will be come back and see them again for my future vehicle.

Took them 2.5 hours to change a flat tire I had. They didn't fill up my tire either. Also they left off the plastic piece on the middle of the tire so I had to go back the next day. Oh and 1 tire and then putting it on cost over $310.00

Unfortunately after having the service done, I drove off hearing a clicking in my right wheel. I returned 3 times. The test drivers said they heard nothing. Only to learn later that my speed sensors had not been replaced. Now my ABS, DSTC & City Safety has got be replaced. A simple look would have prevent the extra damage and time missed from work

The cost was to high. I felt violated. But what do women know. My warning light was on and I didn't want to damage the motor. Lesson learned next time don't wait to the light com on. Overall the other service was great. The service staff was very friendly and the advise was given for additional work to be done. To expensive.

The pipe between my front and rear catalytic converter had rusted such that the pipe wasnt secure against the front catalytic converter. Car X cleaned up the pipe, performed an excellent weld job, and applied anti-rust coating. They visibly showed me the weld job before putting the pipe back up into the vehicle. Excellent job Car X! Check engine light gone! Excess air was entering the exhaust system near my O2 sensor.

They told me that my tires needed to be balanced and rotated to fix the shaking. I paid them to do the work and it was worse afterwards. They then told me it was the transmission and wouldn't take a second look. I had a mechanic look at it and found out my CV axles needed to be replaced. I replaced them and the shaking stopped.
