Apparently, the call center didn't inform Car X that I went to the one on Pulaski and 54th that there an appointment request waited two hours for an oil change. Wasn't the warmest welcome will not be going back in order for you to get an oil change the cost center submits the request Car X then approves it or don't know how that works but don't think oil change should take two hours if there wasn't that many cars there.

Well for it not being that packed it took awhile and then I took a lil walk came back and it was done. To notice they never did the tire rotation on my car. I won't be back at that location.

I purchased a groupon for services of an oil change, tire rotation and brake check. The receipt shows that the oil change received was 10w30 but my car uses 5w20. No tire rotation or brake check.

They were very friendly. The manager was very friendly. They did it in a timely manner, then went a long time to get my car or change or my brakes fixed. I will recommend anyone to them and more back again and get my tuneup from now.
