They are always nice and friendly and you get snacks and drinks while you wait. I just wish they would get it together on getting the tire pressure right, it's either too low or too high. But they are awesome and worth taking your vehicle to.

Made me wait an hour for an oil change and tire rotation. Thankfully I marked my tires because they did not rotate them. Then made me wait another 30 minutes.

They forgot to reset the oil life alert so comes on every time you start the car that still need oil changed. But the most dissapointing part, is that they decided not to rotate tires as asked because "it didn't look like it was needed", even tho it was at 8000 miles.

I schedule an appointment online it was easy to do on the website. I had a great experience, service was explained and I was able to use a coupon I got on their website. They gave me the expected wait time which was spot on. I took my laptop and was able to use free wifi to get some work done.
